Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of cyberg7-skills (the "Software") provided by Cyber G7 Technology LLP("we", "us"), registered in Singapore. By signing up for the free starter pack, purchasing a plan, or accessing the repository, you agree to these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software for one developer per seat. The license is bound to the email address used at purchase.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the Software
• Sub-license, lease, or rent the Software
• Include the Software in another product, service, or offering
• Use the Software to train, fine-tune, or otherwise build derivative AI models or training datasets
• Remove copyright, license, or attribution notices from files

We offer two plans, both granting access to all 154 skills:

• Monthly. USD $20 per month, billed in advance via Stripe. Cancel at any time. After 3 consecutive successful monthly payments (USD $60total), your account automatically converts to lifetime access (see "Lifetime conversion" below). Recurring billing stops at conversion.
• Lifetime. USD $60 one time, granting immediate lifetime access. No recurring billing.

Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

The 3-month auto-conversion mechanism works as follows:

1. Each successful monthly charge is recorded against your customer account.
2. On the 3rd successful charge, the subscription is cancelled by us via the Stripe API.
3. Your customer record is flagged as "lifetime", with the conversion date stored for reference.
4. We send a confirmation email to your registered address.
5. You retain full access to the Software indefinitely, plus all future updates, with no further charges.

Failed payments before conversion (e.g. expired card, declined charge) pause the count. Once the failure is resolved and the next payment succeeds, the count resumes. We will retry failed payments per Stripe's default schedule before suspending access.

Monthly subscribers: you can cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal or by emailing us. We will not charge you for the next cycle, and access continues through the end of the current paid period. No partial-month refunds.

Lifetime customers: there is nothing to cancel; your access does not expire. To request data deletion, see the Privacy Policy.

Monthly: Cancellation stops future billing. Already-paid cycles are non-refundable except where required by law.

Lifetime (paid upfront): 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@cyberg7.com.sg within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. No forms, no questions.

Lifetime (auto-converted from monthly): the same 30-day window applies, measured from the date of auto-conversion.

The free starter pack is yours regardless of refund status.

We add and improve skills regularly. Updates are included for every active or lifetime customer at no extra cost.

We may discontinue individual skills if they become unmaintainable or are superseded. We will not remove a significant fraction of the library without 90 days' notice to existing customers.

The standard plans are single-developer licenses. For multiple seats:

• Under 5 seats: purchase the standard plan once per developer.
• 5 or more seats: email support@cyberg7.com.sg with your team size. We will quote custom annual pricing, typically with a 15–25% volume discount.

After purchase, we will grant your GitHub account access to the private repository. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GitHub credentials and any downloaded copies of the Software.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@cyberg7.com.sg.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber G7 Technology LLP's total liability arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, including unauthorized redistribution, use for AI training, or non-payment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

When we update these Terms, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. Material changes (pricing, license scope, refund policy) will be emailed to all active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
