Privacy Policy

cyberg7-skills is operated by Cyber G7 Technology LLP("we", "us"), registered in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Email address. When you sign up for the free starter pack, purchase a monthly or lifetime plan, or contact support.
• Billing information. Processed entirely by Stripe for monthly subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases. We never see or store your card details.
• Basic analytics. Page views, referrer, country-level IP geolocation, browser type. We use Vercel Analytics, which does not place cookies or track individuals across sites.
• Support correspondence. The content of emails you send to support@cyberg7.com.sg.

• To deliver the starter pack and the paid library to the email address you provided.
• To process payments, issue refunds, and send transactional confirmations (purchase receipts, the lifetime-conversion notification at month 3).
• To measure aggregate conversion behavior and improve the site. We do not build individual profiles.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.

• Email + customer record. For as long as you have an active license, plus 7 years afterward for tax and accounting purposes (Singapore regulatory requirement).
• Analytics data. Aggregated; no individual identification retained beyond 30 days.
• Support emails. 24 months after the conversation ends, then deleted.

You can ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Export your data in a portable format
• Stop processing for marketing purposes (you can unsubscribe from any email; the link is in every message)

Email support@cyberg7.com.sg with your request. We will respond within 30 days (PDPA) and within one month (GDPR).

We use the following processors to run the service:

• Stripe (USA, Ireland). Payment processing. Their privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
• Resend (USA). Transactional email and the lead-magnet nurture sequence. resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Vercel (USA). Site hosting and aggregate analytics. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Cal.com (USA). Used only if you book a call via our nav. cal.com/privacy
• GitHub (USA). Hosts the proprietary library you receive access to after purchase. docs.github.com/site-policy/privacy-policies

Each processor has signed a data-processing agreement consistent with PDPA and GDPR transfer requirements.

We do not use tracking cookies. The site uses one essential session cookie for the email-capture form and a Stripe checkout session cookie when you proceed to purchase. Both expire automatically.

cyberg7-skills is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email support@cyberg7.com.sg and we will delete it.

When we update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. For material changes (new data category, new processor, change in retention), we will email all current customers before the change takes effect.
